Program Objectives
- Instructor partners with group members on a 12-week quest to build a mental foundation that supports a "lifestyle of self-empowerment”
- Identify what you really want, by separating temporary, superficial desires from meaningful endeavors
- Recognize and reduce unproductive thoughts and habits that delay growthand weaken productivity
- Reprogram your subconscious mind to work for you instead of against you
- Design your future by creating a systematic strategic plan to accomplish worthy goals
- Take Action getting started is often the most difficult part. in this program positive change begins in the first session. By the last session you will be actively engaged in the creation of a more fulfilling life.

Program Details
- The program is designed for: adults that feel stuck and want to move forward, but don’t know how to proceed. This program provides the knowledge & skills for creating a happier, healthier and a more fulfilled life
- Format: 12-weekly 3-hour sessions Starting: Winter 2019 Location will be a professional office setting in the Northwest or Northern suburbs of Chicago
- The day and time are Tuesdays at 6:30-9:30 PM, starting Early 2020
- The cost for this twelve-week program is $725, including materials
- The group size is limited to 18 people
- Individual therapy sessions can be arranged upon request and will require an additional fee
